The registration fee includes admittance to all the conferences, a copy
of the abstracts, a CD-ROM of proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, reception
(Jun 19), and banquet(Jun21).

Actual charge to your credit card may vary by the exchange rate of the
day. Also, your bank, credit card or financial company may charge you some
foreign currency exchange transaction fee.
Cancel Policy:
There is a 10,000 Yen service charge for processing refunds. A letter requesting
the refund should state the pre-registrant's name and to whom the check
should be made payable. Requests for pre-registration refunds must be received
no later than 21 business days prior to the first day of the meeting to
be honored.
